Treatment Modalities
My approach to therapy starts with really taking the time to get to know my clients. My therapy sessions begin with me getting to know your personal history and your unique situation. Together, we focus coming up with a plan to work on the goals you identify. From there, I utilize different tools from my training such as:
CBT
DBT
Psychodynamics
Motivational interviewing
Solution focused treatment
I work on your goals WITH you. I am not a passive participant in your treatment. My clients count on me to give them the caring push they need to reach their potential. I would be honored to assist you in your journey for the best life possible!

Why Private pay?
Privacy- My clients prefer having their personal information kept private. This means you don’t have to report a specific diagnosis to insurance and you don’t need to justify why you deserve help.
No labels- insurance requires a diagnosis to “justify” receiving services. With private therapy, the focus is on the work. Not the label.
Unlimited- Private pay client are not limited in their treatment in the length and frequency of their sessions. They get to decide what they need and how often they have sessions.
Boundless- By paying privately, this ensures that I can keep and uphold the quality care you deserve by not being restricted by insurance companies which can impact by ability to work at my full capacity.
Quality- Lastly, with a smaller caseload equals greater care and availability to the clients I serve.
